Vibrant Racing Journal considers collaborations that suit readers interested in racing and remain distinct from independent editorial coverage. Partnership proposals can be sent through the Contact page.

Possible collaborations

We consider relevant educational, cultural and industry collaborations, along with clearly separated partner placements across the publication. A proposal should explain the organisation or project, the intended audience, the proposed format and any requested timing. We do not imply that a placement is an editorial endorsement.

How placements are labelled

Paid or partner material is identified clearly beside the relevant placement. The label remains visible wherever the material appears, and readers should be able to tell it apart from independent articles. We do not disguise advertisements as editorial recommendations.

Editorial boundaries

Partnership proposals are considered for relevance, clarity and suitability for the publication. Payment or collaboration does not determine our editorial conclusions or guarantee coverage. We may decline proposals that do not fit the subject or that would make the relationship unclear to readers.
